The completion and handover ceremony of the Olive Bay Hotel occurred on February 23, 2013.

After private preview for the owner, designer and builder, the completion ceremony took place in the multipurpose room on the 6th floor for all concerned to express a gratitude to the God and pray for an everlasting prosperity of the Olive Bay Hotel. Subsequently, a representative from Kajima Corporation handed over a big ceremonial key to Oshima Shipbuilding Co., Ltd.

After the ceremony was over, all concerned celebrated the completion and enjoyed dinner at the banquet hall on the first floor.
