Oshima shipyard celebrated a completion of a circulating water tank on January 31, 2014.

The circulating water tank is in a two stories building on the compound size of 445m2. The building contains a tank room, a production shop to manufacture tools and equipment and a storeroom for model ships on the first floor and an experiment, preparatory rooms, laboratory and conference rooms on the second floor.

Oshima shipyard will work toward further R&D of new vessels and fuel-efficient technologies.
