On August 20, 2010, Oshima shipyard invited Ms. Utsugi. She used to be the former coach of the Japan Women’s National Softball Team, current director of Japan Softball Association and 1st Vice President of International Softball Federation. She talked about the topic of teamwork for about 250 Oshima shipyard employees in the Oshima Island Hotel Nagasaki.
